Thomas Mueller headed Bayern into lead in the 83rd minute. But just when everybody was about to write Chelsea off, Didier Drogba brings everyones spirit up. Two minutes before the end of the normal time, Drogba evens it out by scoring to 1-1.
The score remained the same during the extra time forcing them to penalties.
In the shootout, Drogba was the hero when he buried the winning penalty, winning 4-3 from Bayern Munich.
The 2012 Champions League marks the first time in Chelsea’s 107-year history that they have won the Champions League final.
